Like our colleagues in a few dozen countries around the globe, our ministry focuses on developing leaders who can start and strengthen churches.

Our Background:
Sean, a Colorado native, first came to Japan as an exchange student in college.
Alice, a Mississippi girl, came to Japan in 1999 to work with a college ministry at a Japanese church. Now, together, we are raising up leaders for the church in Japan under the umbrella of Church Resource Ministries.
Between the two of us, we have spent over 20 years in Japan! We can read and write Japanese.
